Today’s Gospel assembly taught us all about forgiveness and just how important it is. We understand that sometimes forgiving people is hard, but when we forgive others, we are setting ourselves free to love like Jesus.
“If you forgive others their transgressions, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you do not forgive others, neither will your Father forgive your transgressions” (Mt 6: 14–15).
