As part of their hardship project, the Year 4 children visited Dovedale Care Home, where they had the honour of meeting Lil, who was celebrating her 102nd birthday. The children brought along handmade birthday cards to give to Lil and joined together to sing her a heartfelt “Happy Birthday.” To make the occasion even more special, the children performed a lively dance, spreading joy and warmth throughout the care home. It was a memorable and meaningful experience for both the children and Lil.
