St John Bosco Teaching School Alliance

Special Event - Teddy Bear Breakfast

9 February 2011

On Wednesday 9th February the Nursery and Reception classes had a Teddy Bear Breakfast morning. All the children brought in their teddy bears and performed the story (with actions) to 'We're going on a bear hunt' infront of their parents.

During the routine, the projector on the hall wall showed a presentation of some of the activities the children had been doing in school connected to the story book 'We're going on a bear hunt'. You can see our presentation here (pdf).

After the performance the children and parents had a breakfast of croissants, fresh fruit, fresh rolls and fruit juice. It was enjoyed by all! Some children even went up for seconds!

Thank you to all those parents who came and contributed to raising money for the Marie Curie Cancer Care Trust. We hope to see you at another event very soon.
