Special Event - Edgmond Hall Residential

13 May 2013

On Monday 13th May, some Year 2 children and some Year 3 children went to Edgmond Hall for a residential. The children were exceptionally well behaved and staff and visitors commented on how mature the children were.

Whilst there, the children did some gardening, orienteering, wood collecting, pond dipping, mini-beast hunting and the Year 3 children visited Lilleshall Abbey to learn about the monks that used to live there.

The whole visit was fantastic and the children learned many new skills and made new friends.

Holding a newt, singing silly songs around the camp fire, running after chickens, dressing up and playing football were just some of the highlights the children took away with them.

Miss Joyce, Mrs Owen, Zak Slade and Miss Saggu were very proud of all the children as they were a delight to have!!
